How enquiries are handled

Andrew O’Doherty is the controller for enquiries (andrew@gm3.io). Your name, email, optional organisation, message and selected context are used to respond: to take steps you request before a contract, or otherwise for the legitimate interests of handling enquiries and preventing abuse. Vercel hosts and protects this form, Resend delivers messages, and Google provides Andrew’s email. These providers also process delivery and security metadata, including IP addresses. Processing may occur outside the EEA, including in the United States, under applicable adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses; contact Andrew for details or copies of safeguards. Non-client enquiries are deleted 12 months after the last exchange. Client records are retained as needed for the relationship and applicable legal obligations; provider security and delivery records follow their service retention policies. Using the form is voluntary; name, email and message are required to reply. There is no newsletter enrolment, profiling or automated decision-making. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or your local supervisory authority. Vercel hosts the website and processes the requests and security information needed to deliver and protect it. We have added no advertising or marketing tracking. The interactive experiences run in your browser and do not send your interactions to gm3.

Portfolio images are served with the website. Opening an external portfolio or reference link takes you to that site, where its own privacy arrangements apply.
